To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You are responsible for all postage payments for any returns or exchanges.
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If an item is marked as SALE, this item is non-returnable.
- Refunds are only offered if the items received were wrongly packed or faulty.
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
- You have 14 days from delivery of your package to file a return claim with customer service.
- If the item you would like to return was ordered more than 14 days ago, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
